Responsibilities:
- Manage business development activities within the assigned organizational units
- Align sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement function-related strategies, policies, and guidelines
- Drive the exploitation of vertical and product markets
- Contribute to the development of corporate or unit business strategy
- Provide guidance and administration of Business Development policies, programs, and standards
- Develop strategic planning tools and provide consolidated business forecasts
- Collect portfolio requirements across the regional sales force
- Advise senior management on strategic options and evaluate potential acquisitions or joint venture candidates
- Contribute to various projects with a strategic perspective
- Manage market and business research programs
- Analyze and evaluate strategic business segments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 - 10 years proven experience in business development, sales management, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of the industrial gear unit and coupling business environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
