Join our dynamic sales force as a Business Development Representative (BDR). In this critical role, you will spearhead our sales strategy by generating qualified leads and setting up appointments for our Account Executives, primarily targeting businesses in the UK and US. Your dedication and efforts in this position will be instrumental in the expansion of our customer base and overall sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with target businesses in the UK and US, driving lead generation and arranging appointments for Account Executives.
- Employ expert-level outbound sales techniques to initiate and nurture potential client relationships.
- Use phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to foster fruitful conversations with prospective clients.
- Qualify leads effectively, ensuring alignment with our criteria for deeper sales discussions.
- Efficiently manage Account Executives' calendars, ensuring smooth transition for further sales conversations.
- Maintain comprehensive and updated records of all sales activities, customer communications, and appointment details in a CRM system.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team, offering frequent updates on lead generation outcomes and gleaning insights from client interactions.
- Stay abreast with our product offerings, industry trends, and competitor actions to articulate and position our solutions adeptly.
- Reliable workspace with consistent internet connectivity and backup solutions for power/internet challenges.
- At least 1-3 years of cold calling experience, preferably within a B2B sales domain.
- Established experience as a Business Development Representative or a similar role.
- Demonstrated capability in lead generation and successful appointment setting.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with an emphasis on persuasive pitches.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, especially with expertise in setting up sales funnels, tracking leads, and managing pipelines.
- Robust organizational prowess, capable of effective multitasking and prioritization.
- Team-oriented mindset, keen on aligning with Account Executives for a unified sales process.
- Base salary of R12, 500 per month.
- Lucrative uncapped commission structure, presenting substantial earning opportunities.
