Hunt for new business, develop predetermined customers currently self-service. Customers you
can influence sales.
Responsibilities
- Achieves maximum Revenue profitability, growth and Channel penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment (Forecourts/TTM) HorecaSpeciality/Wholesale or by effectively selling the company's products.
- Direct contacts with Customers and secures new business and Following up on new business opportunities (sell through-after 3 months)-5 to 15 case customers.
- Key KPIs (see a minimum 35 customers-Max 40), to grow customer and move to 20case and move over to Key Accounts (CSL).
- Communicate to and educate all customers in Category Management systems and become the snack category champion within area of operation. Forward share management etc.
- Implementation of Golden Store (KPI).
- Liaise with external merchandising services to achieve the most effective merchandising practices/principles. Increase Market share%
- Strong networking sales background and significant connections in sales Arena.
- Must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of achievement.
- Self-starter who can successfully work both independently and as part of a team.

- Strong motivation for closing business and meeting sales targets.
- Degree educated or equivalent industry experience and accreditation.
- Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Outstanding presentation skills required.
- Experience with direct selling is preferred.
- 5-7 years "current" experience in Sales/Business Development in the enterprise
- A deep understanding of marketing principles and great negotiation skills
