Job Description
The Business Intelligence Engineer is an integral part of a team responsible for developing and supporting custom solutions aimed at enhancing the efficiency of our client's asset care services.
Job Duties
- Designing and implementing business intelligence solutions
- Developing reports using various reporting tools
- Utilising PostgreSQL RDBMS or Microsoft SQL for data analysis
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for BI solutions
- Minimum qualification Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Preferred qualification Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in coding and designing business intelligence solutions
- Familiarity with at least one reporting tool

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

This role is based in Cape Town and may require occasional travel to client sites. The Business Intelligence Engineer is expected to work full-time hours on a contract basis, with potential for extension based on performance and project requirements.
