Overall purpose
The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all data and digital activities in relation to the design, development and implementation of organizational reporting and analytics. The BI Manager will manage the digital and data team to deliver on supporting platforms and drive the business forward through technological advancements. The scope of responsibilities includes cross functional project management and operations to develop confidence in digital insights and support the adoption of digital applications and data solutions within the business. The BI Manager will be responsible for training programs and onboarding new applications, testing & UAT, and ensuring that the analysts are equipped with the tools and knowledge to support the business applications. The application support includes ERP tools (SAP ECC, Vistex & Rebates), Hybris/ e- commerce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Pitcher. This role is an integral part of the digital strategy and transformation as data insights in areas such as commercial operations, sales and marketing, customer marketing, senior management, empowers business decisions and support / fosters a business partnership with our customers. Develop and publish customized dashboards, reports to support the local business requirements. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and demonstrating an in-depth understanding of current and potential business information, providing the business with the supporting analysis, modelling, and reports to support strategic business decisions.
Organizational Relationships Commercial Operations Lead
Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive the digital and data team to meet the strategic objectives of the business
Develop and maintain system operational procedures to support data integrity.
Executing processes for monitoring, maintaining, improving, and restoring quality in our database.
Information management and establishing guidelines and standards across platforms to ensure integrity across systems,
Information Systems Management and oversight
Co-ordinate support from Zoetis Technical & Digital (ZTD) on projects with data and digital team.
Support digital applications and drive adoption of platforms across the business.
Training and Onboarding on all platforms
Project Management, a high level of contribution made to all cross-functional company projects.
Data Quality & Integrity, build confidence in data insights across the business.
Support ERP Tools (SAP) Integration and ancillary interfaces, add on and cloud applications
EDI platform management and e-commerce support
Manage website information, reporting on insights from website, NMQ tools and hosting of Docebo application on website.

Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Knowledge and/or prior experience: Customer Engagement/CRM technology
implementation/support /Salesforce.com technology stack, including Sales Cloud, Service
Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, SFDC ancillary applications, including but not limited to
Pitcher / Application Landscape and Infrastructure Design / Cloud deployment and
management
Experience with developing platform integration strategies
2+ years supervisory experience
5+ years of experience in IT, CRM, Customer Engagement, or a related field, leading or
managing high-performing technical teams in an agile development environment
Proven track record of success in fast-moving organizations with complex technology
applications
Technical Skills
Demonstrates business acumen
Technical expertise regarding data models and database design and development
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical markets and healthcare environment.
Knowledge of key corporate strategic issues.
Advanced computer literacy (MS office, Azure, Salesforce, SAP and data applications).
Ability to understand concepts governing relational database structures, use
reporting/query tools
Project management, including the ability to lead, facilitate, and organize
Tech-Savvy and understands the advantages and disadvantages of a broad range of
technologies and services provided, especially related to customer engagement, CRM and
relevant technologies, primarily Salesforce.com Advanced communication skills,
participate in business discussions.
Relationship Management - Should maintain a strong positive relationship with the business
and technical colleagues, working in a matrixed organization.
Advanced Technology Knowledge, technical configuration of iPad and laptop, as well as
understand the proper application environment to run CRM.
