ABOUT THE ROLE

Mortgage Solutions assist homeowners in finding a suitable solution to their mortgage debt while aiding families in moving to a new home. Nimble has a proven track record in providing solutions for homeowners through their Rebound program, www.rebound-sa.co.za Mortgage Solutions will build on this track record.

The Business Manager will be responsible for developing strategy, building capacity, and managing
the effective implementation of the business strategies. He / she will also be responsible for the
business units financial and operational success with a team of managers and specialist consultants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the management / direction of the Head: Specialised Recoveries, the Business Manager:
Mortgage Solutions will have the following responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Manage a team of senior specialist consultants to success
Expand and develop the team, including management structure
Conduct regular financial performance assessments to identify opportunities to improve the business units financial results.
Monitor and drive operational performance
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
Formulate performance improvement plans and monitor the effective implementation
Manage internal and external vendor performance
Ensure that the business units processes and procedures are implemented effectively
and maintained

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience
4-5 years' senior management experience in the credit/collections management or
management in financial sector.
5-10 years experience in credit control/collections.
