Business Enablement Manager

The purpose of this role is to manage the project office consisting of a team of business analysts, project managers and scrum masters. In additions to the project office you are also responsible for the team that runs 2nd level support for the business to ensure the running and management of operational support and overseeing that key processes are monitored and functions according to SLA.

The ambition of the role is to establish a world class project office by establishing processes to support the business to be effective in enabling its strategy and transparency around enablement progress. This must be achieved through gathering and incorporating research intelligence, product knowledge and business needs and utilising best-practice methodologies to design, implement and facilitate appropriate interventions, practices, processes and quality standards to achieve strategic outputs aligned with Momentum Money objectives.
