INTRODUCTION:
We are looking for a strong operational and analytical individual with a business consulting background who can understand business problems, workflows, and systems to drive business decisions to improve profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout many areas of the business. The role involves investigating all aspects of our organizational management and require good research skills, analytical skills, and creative thinking.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Manage priorities and projects in alignment to company goals.
- Analyse, assess and execute on solutions to complex business challenges.
- Identify and address gaps in the business and optimize capacity and operational efficiency.
- Lead utilization discussions with all areas of the business and providing resource analytics for better decision making.
- Provide and identify key metrics needed in multiple areas of the business to enable and drive decision making.
- Be able to execute on multiple internal projects with minimal oversight and handle multiple projects running simultaneously.
- Partner with the internal key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Relationship Management, Client Service Delivery, Finance, Product, Technology, and Strategic Vendor Partners) to align with operational goals, processes and improvements.
- Have the ability to do direct configuration on Salesforce and be able to analyse and assess teams technical deliveries.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate renewals of central tools.
- Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to continuously learn, adapt and improve yourself.
- Minimum 4 Years Salesforce Experience of a consulting nature (this could be functional non-technical experience).
- Excellent proficiency in general applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to discover manage and resolve complex business challenges.
- At least one Salesforce Certification
- Experience with customizing Salesforce environments.
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence and Tempo).
- Experience with Tableau report creation and revisions.
- Previous experience within a SaaS environment.
- Previous experience in an Agile software development lifecycle.
