Position Description
The People and Talent Business Partner will be responsible for strategizing employee structure and engagement to drive success and meet business objectives. The individual will be the point of contact of the business for all employee relation concerns and work with team members to implement effective people strategies. They need to have an excellent understanding of the company, its strategy and customers, and a very good understanding of the people challenges faced by the company.

- Manage and resolve people related concerns such employee relations, performance, and engagement
- Work closely with key stakeholders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Provide guidance on structure and implementation of people strategies
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the business units to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- 5 years experience as an HR business partner for a US company or equivalent
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Experience working as an HR generalist
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly organized and proactive
