What You'll Do
As a Working Student at SAP, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact and gain new skills and on-the-job experience while collaborating with colleagues in all lines of business around the EMEA South region.
In Your Day-to-day You Will
- Work for SAP Cloud Success Services (CSS) organization and closely collaborate with the Customer Engagement and Value Generating (CEVG) Business Partners.
- Support the renewals forecasting process, specifically monitoring volume business and partner led opportunities.
- Support CSS Leadership, when requested, by following-up on opportunities with the Customer Success Partners.
- Update and maintain the renewals forecasting files.
- Help streamline the overall renewals forecast process by bringing new and fresh ideas on improvement points.
- Strong collaboration with CSS Business Partners to track progress on various KPI's.
- Student at university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration or related field.
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Expertise on Excel macros and Analysis for Office would be a plus.
- Language skills: fluent English speaking and writing
- Soft skills: Analytical, Strong Communication Skills, Results Oriented, Team work capacity
- Willingness to learn and collaborate
