Job Title: Business Process Engineer (with RPA experience)
Duration: Contract role (Renewable)
Work Location: Johannesburg
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer science or equivalent.
- Over 5 years working experience.
- 2-3 years Banking or Financial Service experience.
- 1 year or more RPA experience.
- Analyse and understand the various business processes in the bank to identify potential areas for automation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to document existing processes, gather requirements, and define automation objectives.
- Design and develop RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere to automate identified processes.
- Debug and troubleshoot RPA issues to ensure smooth operation and minimize disruption to business operations.
- Conduct process analysis and efficiency assessments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Manage and maintain RPA software, including monitoring bots, updating workflows, and coordinating system upgrades.
- Create and maintain documentation related to RPA projects, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure RPA solutions are integrated with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Facilitate training and educate business users on how to interact with RPA solutions and leverage their capabilities for improved efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of implemented RPA solutions and suggesting enhancements or modifications as necessary.
- Will be agreed based on qualifications, applicable banking experience and previous earnings.
