Position Description
Business Support Administrator.
Role Summary:
The purpose of this role is to provide ongoing support to the Franchisor team as well as adhoc assistance to the Franchise Dealer Network. In order to provide such assistance, the incumbent will be required to have a clear and concise understanding of the Franchise Management System (FMS) as well as Sap (Official ERP System).
This role involves generating, reviewing, and invoicing suppliers for dealer product bonuses, supplier rebates as well as handling other financial, operational, marketing, and procurement tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing of all Supplier Product bonuses
- Processing of all Dealer Marketing fund claims
- Processing of all Fnb E-Bucks requests
- Processing of all Supplier rebates
- Collaborate with the debtors team regarding information pertinent to receipting
- Product bonuses (Supplier & Dealer)
- Supplier rebates (Head office & Dealer)
- Marketing rand spend
- Export of all FMS transactions to be processed through Winshuttle on Sap
- Reconciliation of both FMS & Sap Debtors accounts
- Preparation and processing of all Dealer franchise fee invoices
- Preparation and processing of all Dealer marketing contribution invoices
- Assist individual dealers with FMS queries and documentation (Point of Contact for customer complaints
- Support Area and Regional Managers with Adhoc FMS queries
- Support Marketing Campaigns
- Booking out all brand merchandise
- Bulletin communications
- Log Weekly Skynet collections for NPOs, Wheel Well, etc
- Processing of all Purchase Orders relating to
- Marketing Fund Spend
- Dealer Signage
- Adhoc Operational expenditure (Capex, Rentals, etc)
- Ensuring all relevant expenditure is submitted for payment, following up where difficulties arise
- Maintaining Sap Housekeeping reports, for completeness and validity
- Minimum 3 year Degree in Accounting/Business Management/Marketing Management or similar field
- Knowledge of SAP and/or FMS would be advantages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Knowledge of finance, procurement, and marketing processes.
