Role Objectives
The Business Support Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless operational support across sales and marketing functions. This role focuses on optimizing training, product development, and market competitiveness, while also serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners. The manager will drive the alignment of product strategies with sales objectives and ensure that all business processes support overall organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support and Coordination:
- Provide comprehensive operational support to the sales and marketing teams, ensuring that all processes are aligned with business objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact between the sales team and key partners such as IFANet and Icon, facilitating communication and collaboration to enhance business outcomes.
- Sales and Product Training Management:
- Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for internal sales staff and advisors, focusing on both Hollard and competitor products.
- Ensure that training materials are up-to-date and effectively enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
- Market Analysis and Product Development:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in comparison to competitor products.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to drive continuous improvement in product offerings, including HLS product tweaks, policy wording updates, and the introduction of new benefits.
- Strategic Liaison and Communication:
- Serve as the critical link between sales and marketing teams, ensuring cohesive communication and alignment of product marketing strategies with sales goals.
- Support the development of marketing campaigns and materials that effectively promote the company's products and drive sales growth.
- Process Improvement and Policy Management:
- Continuously review and refine business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across sales and marketing functions.
- Periodically review relevant policies and procedures, ensuring they remain aligned with best practices and organizational goals.
