Qualified and experienced butchery managers as well as managers in training are required to manage / train in the Butchery / Fish Department.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage / control stock and budgets.
- Generate sales (growth).
- Ensure a well maintained, safe and hygienic butchery.
Job requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Manage, train and develop staff efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to plan and organise promotions / value added products.
- Matric certificate or equivalent essential.
