The successful candidate will be joining a reputable Dealership sales team where they will develop all the necessary skills to become a skilled and qualified Vehicle Sales Executive.
This is a 12-month programme and all training and development is provided. Candidates must be committed for the full 12-month period and permanent employment could be considered after the year programme.
Requirements
- A valid Drivers License is required (non-negotiable)
- Grade 12
- Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Sales, Communication Sciences or equivalent
- Must not have been registered with a YES programme or initiative within the last 12 months
- Available to start immediately
- Computer literate
- Want to be part of a dynamic, competitive, and fast-paced industry and team.
- Want to establish a long-term career in the exciting and fast paced Motor Retail Sales Sector.
- Be willing to learn and be trained as a sales professional in Automotive Dealerships sector.
- Be willing to complete training modules and assignments.
- Be willing to be coached and mentored.
- Be willing to work motor retail dealership hours.
- Be Target driven.
- Have excellent customer services and people skills.
- Be passionate about cars and the motor industry.
- Be able to quickly acquire product knowledge quickly.
- Have a good marketing personality.
- Be able to work towards multiple deadlines.
- Have good administration skills.
Monthly stipend of R5 500 + commission on vehicles sold.
