•RESPONSIBILITIES
•Take full control of all day to day cafe operations
•Ensuring opening and closing duties are performed
•Daily allocation of area of responsibility
•Motivate & manage staff
•Ensuring Budget and Targets are being met
•To ensure kitchen and café area are clean and tidy throughout the shift
•To maintain stock levels of all goods
•Constantly monitor quality of products
•Constantly ensure stock control in all areas of the cafe are followed
•Conducting and supervising of weekly and daily stock take on stock items and assets
•Perform all tasks within coffee shop where required – Cashier/Barista/Runner/Kitchen Assistant/Café Admin(Orders/PO/etc.)
•Taking over-counter orders, payments, handing down orders, making a call on specials and items short on hand
•To give manager feedback on any issues that could affect the smooth running of the business
•Perform any other tasks as required by Management to ensure the continued smooth operation of the company and to meet the company aim of high standards and customer service
•REQUIREMENTS
•Previous experience working in hospitality
•1 year supervisory experience
•Knowledge of health and safety guide lines in relation to food service advantageous
•Ability to communicate effectively and confidently
•Planning and Organising skills
•Self-starter & shows initiative – service driven
•Willing to work weekends & public holidays
•Reliable transport
