Outbound Call Centre Agent

Outbound Telesales Agent - Channel Dynamix We are looking for driven sales Call Centre agents to join our growing outbound call center on one of various campaigns we are currently running.

If you can deliver in a high pressure environment, are highly motivated and are prepared to work on Saturdays, this role may be for you.

Job Output

• Use your sales skills and training to meet sales targets
• Sell our products and services through outbound dialing
• Provide exceptional service and product knowledge
• Ensure a high level of accuracy when taking customer information
• Resolve all customer queries quickly and efficiently

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly and targets is a must
• Ability Strong English communication skills
• Good telephone etiquette
• Excellent time management skills
• Sales orientated individual
