Job Requirements
- Drive Financial Wellbeing and new business deals through the Financial Wellbeing team
- Maintain relationships with external business partners
- Implement business initiatives
- Supervise the effectiveness of the Fiancial Wellbeing Team such that all activities within area of responsibility are executed within budget and according to targets.
- Effectively lead, coach and develop call centre agents / consultants
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Matric / Grade 12
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook but it is not must
- no experience needed and training will be provided
Necessary Skills & Attributes
- Target driven
- Ability to build and nurture business relationships (With corporate partners and clients)
- Supervisory skills
- Active listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
