Call center agents needed to start work-The role:
Handling inbound calls from new and existing customers with all queries they may have.
At all times provide a high standard of customer service via phone and email communications
Ensure that any specific requirements are distributed to the relevant departments; e.g. an escalated complaint.
Although you will receive excellent in-house training we are still only able to accept applicants with experience of working in a busy call centre as you will need to be able to hit the ground running.
