Job description
Our established company is expanding, and we are looking for full-time Call Centre Representatives / Telemarketers for our Cape Town office based in Bellville (Edward Road).
SERR Synergy provides local and multi-national businesses, ranging from SMMEs to large organisations and across a broad spectrum of industries, with tailor-made strategies and solutions to meet South Africas legislative requirements.

Basic salary, commission & performance bonuses are on offer.
The ideal candidate should be a team player as well as an individual performer that is willing to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Matric / Grade 12
Previous call centre / telemarketing / marketing experience will be an advantage, but not a requirement as in house training will be provided
Proficient in Afrikaans and English
Must be friendly yet professional with outstanding telephone manners
Must be self-motivated and have the necessary drive to meet sales targets and reap the rewards
Successful candidates shall be expected to accept duty as soon as possible
