The Role

An exciting opportunity to join our Flight Training School as a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor has arisen!

Based at Heathrow, you will be responsible for the technical training of British Airways flight deck crews undertaking conversion courses.

You would be joining a skilled and highly motivated team delivering technical training to flight deck crews from British Airways and other airlines.

If successful, your typical working hours would be Monday to Friday and your 'office' would be one of our 16 high-tech flight simulators at the Global Learning Academy.

What Youll Do
  • Delivering aircraft technical, procedural and performance training activities in a flight simulator environment.
  • Conducting training that meets all necessary requirements, in compliance with British Airways ATO and CAA FCL requirements.
  • Maintenance and support of all training material and equipment. This includes testing, acceptance, and commissioning of training materials and software.
What Youll Bring To British Airways
  • Excellent people leadership skills, with the ability to communicate openly and honestly, to positively influence a successful outcome.
  • Champions innovation and agility, with a creative approach to problem solving.
Your Experience
  • A flight deck, flight operations, engineering or aviation background is essential.
  • Experience in delivering training in an aviation or operational background is crucial.
