- Previous call centre experience will be beneficial
- Must be SA citizen or have a valid work permit
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
- Highly developed ability to communicate efficiently
- Ability to organize and provide information clearly and concisely
- Strong interpersonal skills
Education & Work Experience
- Previous CUSTOMER SERVICE experience will be beneficial
- Own transport preferable
