BASIC EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Formal schooling / degree:
Grade 12
Certificate - Call Centre Agent (NB)
Certificate – Customer Service
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years customer services or telesales call centre
Excellent track record of delivering on CSI and Sales targets
Excellent computer literacy (i.e. MS Office)
Excellent administration acumen
Languages:
English
And any other South African language will be preferable
JOB OBJECTIVE(S)
Responsible for the professional call center interaction with company owners, staff and their customers. At all times ensuring the highest level of service delivery to all internal and external touch points of the company through Call Centre functionality.
MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES
· Receiving and placement of sales order onto ERP system in an orderly and timeously manner
· Tracking of all sales orders and ensuring delivery SLA is met by the Hub whilst complying to sales delivery targets
· Review of customer purchasing patterns and formulizing suggested orders via ERP system
· Telesales activation of campaigns to customers in accordance with set and defined sales targets that need to be achieved on a daily and monthly target
· Collection of sales return orders and placement of the returns on the ERP system in an orderly and timeously manner
· Customer master data uploads
· Hub back order management
· General sales assistance to Hubs and their customers through the Call Centre

· Achievement of the revenue margin targets for the company
· Achievement of stock turn targets
· Achievement of CSI targets for company call center
· Achievement of Y-1 revenue growth
· Effective and accurate reporting
Starting salary - R12 000.00 to R13 000.00 CTC
