Customer Service vacancies at Our Network Vault, we are currently looking for talented Call Centre Operator/Agent to assist with our expanding workload/workforce.
We are based in Johannesburg City Centre.
Duties will include:
- Building a rapport with customers
- Checking customer details over the phone
- Going through qualifying criteria to assess suitability
- Establishing which products are of interest to the customer
- Updating and maintaining details of calls on the relevant systems
Successful applicants will have:
- Previous experience in similar roles
- An excellent telephone manner
- A `self-starter` attitude
- Ability to `think on your feet`
- An ability to work to targets, and a hunger for bonus
- Competency with computer based systems including Word & Excel
- A desire for career progression
The company offer an excellent package starting with a basic salary negotiable R8,000 p/m depending on experience. Uncapped commission with a large proportion of staff earning in excess of R15k+.Training and opportunities for advancement and a pleasant working environment close to motorway links and convenient public travel links.
Working hours are 37.5 hours per week:
- Mon - Wed 08.15am – 5.15pm, (night shifts at times)
- Thursday 9.15am – 5.00pm, Call Centre and
- Fridays 9.15am – 4.45pm
