You'll handle customer inquiries, assist with prescription requests, and provide essential medication-related information, ensuring our customers receive accurate, timely, and compassionate service. You'll also play a key role in promoting medication safety, recommending over-the-counter products, and staying informed on the latest drug recalls and safety alerts.
