What You Will Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients interested in PCP claims.
- Educate clients on their rights and options regarding PCP
- Assist clients in completing necessary documentation for their claims.
- Provide personalized support and guidance throughout the claims process.
- Previous experience in claims, claims handling preferably in the UK/USA industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with clients.
- Drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
