Job vacancy for a call centre agent in Mpumalanga.
Job responsibilities:
- Prompt answering of all incoming calls.
- Capture reservations on main frame system and inform the customer of relevant rates, terms and conditions.
- Forward quotes to customers and information on general enquiries.
- Follow-up on all quotes to customers – turn each enquiry into a reservation.
- Meet minimum call and reservation quotes to meet set daily targets.
- General Call Centre duties and administration tasks.
Job requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Call Centre experience in a service-driven business environment.
- Computer literacy requirements: intermediate level in MS Office Word – Basic Excel.
- Excellent documentation, organization, and project management skills
- Must have a drivers’ license.
- Must have own transport.
