Looking for a call centre agent in Roodepoort.
Job responsibilities:
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identifying employees’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage with employees and branches by taking the extra mile
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Employee focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Obtains employees' information by answering telephone calls and verifying information.
- Informs employees by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Respond to emails
- Handle employees inquiries both telephonically and by email
- Manage and resolve employees' complaints
- Provide employees with information with regards to their pay query if and when possible
- Enter updated employee information into system
- Route calls to appropriate resource eg. Umsuka
- Ensure SMS line is clear
- Good communication skills in English, Afrikaans and native languages
- Available immediately.
