Looking for a call centre agent to handle inbound and outbound calls to customers.
Job requirements:
- Be able to communicate in English and Afrikaans/ African language.
- Matric.
- 1-2 years in a customer services role.
- Computer literacy.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Listening skills, patience, empathy, conflict resolution skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Accuracy.
- Data capturing skills.
- Interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.
- Time management, able to handle pressure, deadline orieentated, neatness, initiative.
- Interviews will be done telephonically and in person.
