We are looking for Call Centre Agents for a Telesales company.
Consultants will spend a lot of time answering phone calls and talking to customers regarding their company's products or services and collecting outstanding debts from debtors. In addition to answering questions, consultants identify opportunities to offer information and make product or service suggestions based on a customer's needs.
Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, problems and provide information effectively
Must have the drive to be empowered to respond to and resolve routine and special customer needs.
Have grade 12 or equivalent qualifications with strong communication and negotiation skills.
A basic salary of R4500 plus commission will be offered to all agents!
