A well-established distant learning centre is requiring enrolment agents in their call centre
Requirements
- Applicant must be able to communicate in English and another South African language
- Must be computer literate
- Have good selling, communication skills and must be able to express themselves
- Previous sales experience would be an advantage
- Ability to work on multiple call centre channels will be an advantage
- Digital literacy a must (able to use web browsers, search engines, email, wiki, blogs etc.).
- Must have a grade 12 qualification
