We are looking for energetic reliable people to join our team of Inbound and Outbound call
centre Agents. Candidates will be required to assist consumers with completing purchases online and over the phone, calling potential customers to offer them product and services, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary. The fast growing pace in our call centres have created great opportunities for both Inbound and Outbound Agents, for that we need to hire candidates willing to pursue a career in the call centre environment, be able to work within the timeline and reach targets.
Ideal candidates should have at least a high school qualification; Excellent communication skills; Strong command especially in the English Language. Induction and Training will be provided for a week on product knowledge and sales techniques.
