Call Centre Agents-Matriculates and School Leavers

Our Company Intends to Recruit Call Centre Agents In both the Inbound and Out Bound Section. The Interested Candidates Must be able to work independently, Must be able to work under pressure, Must have a good working track record, Excellent problem solving skills,& Excellent Communication skills.

We are most Interested in candidates who have finished high School and willing to explore a new career. We shall offer a start up training to all Applicants without Experience or Call Centre Certificate.
Duties:
A) Full Inbound Call Centre functions
B) Taking calls
C) Data Capturing
D) Client liaison
E) Confirming clients information on the system
F) Taking and placing of orders
G) Administration

Basic Salary from R3000 to 9500 plus Incentives
