Job responsibilities:
- There will be prepared scripts guiding you to persuade clients;
- Support and provide superior service via phones as a caller and receiver;
- Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication;
- Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects;
- Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally;
- Effectively deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers;
- Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations;
Job requirements:
- To be an excellent communicator and so should have great communication skills to work in the business
- Possess excellent keyboard skills and impressive telephone etiquette.
- Should be very honest and should have the ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
- The person needs to have sound and thorough knowledge related to product as per in-house training.
