CALL CENTRE AGENTS NEEDED IN GAUTENG

Job Description:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls in fluent English.
  • Manage general telephonic and email queries.
  • Manage a very busy switchboard.
  • Send relevant documentation to customers and follow-up on incomplete information.
  • General office administration duties.

Minimum requirements:

  • A Matric / Grade 12 qualification, with an excellent academic record.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • An eloquent and confident telephone etiquette with an incessant positive energy.
  • Advanced multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with very busy phone lines.

Salary: R6 000 - R12 000 per month, depending on skill and experience.
