Job Description:
- Answer incoming telephone calls in fluent English.
- Manage general telephonic and email queries.
- Manage a very busy switchboard.
- Send relevant documentation to customers and follow-up on incomplete information.
- General office administration duties.
Minimum requirements:
- A Matric / Grade 12 qualification, with an excellent academic record.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- An eloquent and confident telephone etiquette with an incessant positive energy.
- Advanced multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with very busy phone lines.
Salary: R6 000 - R12 000 per month, depending on skill and experience.
