MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide first line support on the Information, handling incoming calls, assigning and managing calls, providing general administrative support to the relevant department
Key Accountabilities
Accurately record calls using paper-based and computerised systems and procedures. Assign calls to other department staff, monitoring progress with staff and external suppliers, keeping end users informed of progress Respond to incoming calls in accordance with priorities and agreed service levels • Provide excellent customer service to company services users.
Full Training will be provided for a week before starting to work.
