We are needing Call Centre Consultants to join our team for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues for various companies such as Banking, Media, Cellphone(networkong), Telecommunication and different types insurances. Previous experience is not required as free training is provided before starting to work.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Salary Scale: R4000 plus commission.
