We established Inbound and Outbound Call Centre requires well presented, well spoken, vibrant, goal focused and eager to learn new challenges candidates who are able to communicate with customers.
JOB RESPONSIBITIES:
- Have a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Be able to offer polite and courteous assistance in the phone.
- Be able to handle quiries and difficult customers.
- Deal with any manner of calls in a highly professional way.
- Accurately update customer records with correct information.
- Have the ability to respond and adapt to the needs of all customers and quickly processing information.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 11 or higher.
- Experience is an advantage.
- This opportunity is good for Matriculants and School leavers.
- Training will be provided to those who don't have call centre qualification or related experience.
Salary ranges: R3000 - R7500 per month.
