Well established Inbound and Outbound call centre requires well spoken, goal focused candidates who are able to interact with customers on a daily basis.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Have a clear and confident speaking voice
• Be able to offer polite and courteous assistance in a phone conversation
• Deal with any manner of calls in a highly professional way,,
• Act as the first point of telephone contact for a customer and handle complaints in a diplomatic way
• Accurately update customer records with correct information,
• Answer all queries quickly and efficiently and try to understand a callers point of view and listen to and empathise with them.
• Have the ability to respond and adapt to the needs of all customers and quickly processing information.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 11 or Higher
• Experience an advantage
• Training will be provided to those without experience
