Call Centre Controller required

Basic life support Call Centre controller position available at Relay EMS.

Job requirements:

  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid level 3 qualified essential with one years experience.
  • Excellent telephonic skills.
  • PC Literate- Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Strong administration skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform under high pressure situations.
  • Fluent in English, any additional language will be of advantage.
  • Flexibility to adapt and cope with changes at short notice.
  • Ability to make effective use of company resources.

Job responsibilities:

  • Required to work 192 hours per month.
  • Working shifts (inc. night shifts).
  • A few key outputs.
  • Record keeping.
  • Updating systems.
  • Provide efficient medical assistance telephonicaly.
