Property Assist requires call centre agents with a difference. We are in the business of changing lives, as we work with property owners in distress, whilst being accountable to our property investors.
Job responsibilities:
- This position is “a calling” more than a job and requires people with a passion to assist and uplift the broken hearted, assist others to increase wealth and make them financially free whilst creating lasting results in people’s lives.
- The aim of the position is to maximize the effectiveness of the Chief Procurement Officer by procuring following up prospects and working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals.
- Also provide a high level of sales support by ensuring quality appointments for Property Solution Specialists and seminar representation of potential clients in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
- To book appointments on behalf of Property Solution Specialists
- Approach and receive calls from distressed property owners regarding our services via the telephone
- Deliver scripted sales pitch to the client
- Administrative support
- Record client details and details of communication
- Sourcing of distressed lead sources in the industry
- Additional work may be allocated on an ad hoc basis
- Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database
