Inbound/outbound Call Centre

We need excellent call Centre Liaisons for Inbound/ Section.
The candidate will be responsible fotr handling high volume of incoming calls.Client services/ Help desk, Attending to Multi media Messages & coming up with necessary resolutions to clients Complaints.
Requirements:
Grade 11/12 and be able to communicate in English and both Written and Spoken as you will be Evaluated by our QA department to record contacts for relevance and Accuracy purposes.
Good telephone skills
People Orientated
Team player
Salary From R8.000 to 10000 plus unlimited benefits.
