Our client is looking for call centre reps. The purpose of the job is handling all the calls that come in servicing clients with their requests.
Job requirements:
- Grade 12
- Customer Service Certificate or equivalent
- Call centre experience essential
- Customer interface is a requirement
- Skills and knowledge
