We are seeking Call Centre (sales) Agents to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurances, cellphone contracts and banking benefits to new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell various products and services to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with the company'"s standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
Salary Scale: Entry level (R3 500 - R4 000) plus commission
