Job Description:
- Set up appointments between clients and technicians in such a way that installations happen promptly
- Rebook any missed appointments to ensure they do get installed
- Make any correct bookings on TIS system using the correct techs and scheduling aids
- Give superior customer service with due telephone manner to ensure client is happy to proceed
- Liaise with fitment centres, regional Tracker offices, technicians and other third parties to ensure maximum installations
- Escalate queries to managers or relevant queries, enquiries or assistance they may need
- Any urgent or priority scheduling to be done as required by management or Tracker HQ
- Ensure all data is captured correctly on TIS and CRM, and correct any errors where applicable
- Reach and exceed daily/weekly/monthly scheduling targets
Requirements:
- 6 Months call centre experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to navigate between multiple systems
- Basic Excel skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work with targets
- Time management skills
Working Hours:
- Monday – Wednesday 8:00 AM – 17:00PM
- Thursday Marathon Shift 8:00AM – 20:00PM (Includes free lunch)
- Friday 8:00AM – 15:30PM
- 1 Saturday per month 8:30AM – 13:00PM
Salary:
- Basic R4900 + Commission
