A financial services company is looking for a call centre staff.
Job requirements:
- Matric with English and Maths.
- At least one year call centre experience.
- Excellent telephone manner, receptive to clients complaints and queries, professional at all times.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle high volume work, prioritise and work under pressure.
- Studying towards or having completed tertiary education (preferably a degree or diploma).
- Advantageous if FAIS accredited or working towards.
Job responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls.
- Dealing with queries and complaints.
- Provide product information and maximise on up-sell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Operate relevant call centre system.
