The client is in the financial sector and looking for a Supervisor that will manage a team of agents to ensure maximum productivity in collections. The Supervisor will also be responsible for the recruitment and training of new and excisting consultants. The role will also be responsible for evaluation of the consultants diaries, debit orders and monthly targets
Minimum Requirements- Matric
- Any qualification in call centre or finance would be an advantage
- 3 - 4 Years in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills
- English and Afrikaans
