The primary function of the Security Awareness Campaign Coordinator is to enable a comprehensive approach through an understanding of security best practices and focus on user behaviour and behaviour modification. As a campaign coordinator, you will be responsible for leading various security awareness programs for multiple clients in South Africa.
Responsibilities:
As a Security Awareness Campaign Coordinator you will be expect you to:
- Develop, deliver and promote Security Awareness Programmes for multiple clients
- Manage technical resources, troubleshooting, rollout challenges and swift escalation to vendor support
- Minute, track and document all activities
- Monthly, quarterly and annual client reporting
- Deliver targeted security awareness content for different audiences (e.g. IT staff, high risk business areas, executives)
- Keep abreast of internal and external threats, trends and technologies
- Manage stakeholder expectations and priorities effectively and deliver appropriate value
- Plan and coordinate activities and events with the Group Security Officers
- Kick off and drive projects, specific initiatives and overall programmes
Required skills and qualifications:
- IT / Communications / Marketing qualification (NQF level 5)
- Valid drivers licence and own transport
- Strong command of the English language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Efficient administration skills
- Self-motivated and committed to offering a professional service of the highest standard
- Strong planning and customer interaction skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team structure
