Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience
Digital Campaign Operations:
- Translate media strategies into Omni Channel campaigns and ensure that correct dates, targeting, budgets, objectives and placements are applied, these include website, social media, email campaigns, sms campaigns, competitions, Wi-Codes, Benefits magazine Print & Digital, Benefits Parent & Child magazine Print & Digital.
- Partake in supplier marketing meetings, conduct marketing campaign planning, copy writing, proof reading and website updates.
- Ensure all elements of the campaigns are managed and executed timeously which includes compiling booking forms within prescribed budgets, creative assets in the correct format, approval processes adhered to, briefing of campaigns, detailed campaign reporting and billing.
- Update and maintain daily tracking schedules, campaign booking schedules and finance schedules to ensure all activities are integrated, targeted and measurable against clear campaign objectives.
- Ensure that all relevant documents are saved on the relevant share drives.
- Assist with the marketing and selling of certain marketing elements to suppliers.
- Create trackable links for e-mailers, web banners, display banners and other digital assets.
- Effectively communicate with suppliers, buyers and co-departments regarding relevant marketing activities.
- Ensure all deadlines are adhered to.
- Assist the Marketing and Sales Channel Manager with any adhoc marketing requirements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends to contribute towards the quantitative and qualitative campaign research and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and grow market share on digital and social platforms.
- Analyse all digital activities and develop recommendations based upon the performance results and effectiveness in meeting business objectives.
- Utilise various Web analytic tools to measure the performance of campaigns.
- Serve as the key liaison between the marketing department and suppliers, external marketing agencies and internal departments.
- Build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
- Liaise with stakeholders responsible for inbound workflow on new and upcoming work to effectively plan this into the current schedule.
- Effectively communicate regarding marketing campaigns, requirements and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders and team members.
- Provide proof of execution on launch of campaigns.
- Provide full campaign report to suppliers at end of campaign.
- Monitor results of digital marketing campaigns and report any successes or shortcomings to the manager.
- Ensure that daily tracking document and all booking and finance schedules are updated daily.
