PRINCIPLE DELIVERABLES
Campaign Operations & Digital Execution
- Planning campaigns across all technologies for seamless execution.
- Creating & ideating digital campaigns for clients with digital team.
- To offer support to the digital team with respect to all business unit platforms and technology to do with campaign execution requirements.
- Responsible for all campaign execution & set up.
- Delivering user journeys & workflows for all campaigns.
- Work with 3rd party suppliers for all campaign deliverables.
- Manage & traffic workflow of campaigns from start to completion (design to implementation).
- Support on platforms, including testing and working with 3rd party support teams to get the campaign job done.
- Reporting on all campaigns.
- Ensure briefing process to creative is streamline, digital, accessible and accurate.
- Assist the digital team with all digital campaign & client initiatives to ensure seamless consumer engagement, client brand consistency and a positive customer experience across all digital platforms.
- In conjunction with the Digital Designer & implementation co-ordinator, deliver campaign & content assets that are accurate, timely, high-quality and conforms to the group and digital business unit style.
- Deliver client campaigns that drive revenue-driven results. Show the results.
- Identify opportunities to increase the scale across digital services to maximise revenue and profitably. Constantly look for improvements.
- Develop and manage relationships with various internal & external stakeholders.
- Maintain proper communication channels within the organisation working with the Digital Account Executives, Digital Projects, Technical and Implementation to ensure seamless campaign operations & executions.
- Work closely with key stakeholders in different internal and client campaign projects to meet overall project deliverables on time and within budget.
- Build project plans with internal stakeholders for client projects.
- Assist the Digital Project Manager to see projects from start to finish and close out on all projects.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- BA/BCom tertiary degree or equivalent and in relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years hands on experience in digital marketing & campaign management.
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, web traffic metrics & Google Analytics.
- Experience with WordPress, Google analytics, and all social media channels.
- Project management skills.
- Power Point /KeyNote skills.
- Experience with user journey mapping tools and workflow management & configuration.

The candidate will work in an open plan office environment. The candidate will interact on a front-line basis with other employees in the department and as well as with the client.
